The Bragadiru Commercial Complex has a total built surface of 2122 square meters with a 6.56 meter height and is split between a PROFI supermarket and a JISK furniture store.
The project began in early 2020. Here are some of the characteristics:

• Metal frame structure grounded in a concrete foundation;
• Highly efficient thermal insulation;
• Insulated sandwich panels and aluminium joinery that offer good sound proofing;
• Different types of interior compartments made out of Rigips, each suitable for its designated use
• Different types of floors ranging from ceramic tiles to LVT;
• Efficient LED lighting for interior spaces;
• Exterior panels with adequate illumination for advertising and for marking each store;
• Marked parking area;
• Designated, secondary, supply entrance.

Timisoara Residence 103P is our biggest project so far and contains 8 residential buildings. Each building is 5 story high and the total built surface is 19933 square meters in a grand total of 288 apartments.

Greenfield Residence

Greenfield Residence

  • Greenfield Residential Complex is one of the most important projects of the Company, which offers residents a unique location with 900 ha (~222 acres) of forest (Băneasa and Tunari forests). Devbon offered the client a complete project, from architectural design to construction.
  •  The exploited area has about 18 ha (~44,5 acres). The project includes block of flats (5 and 6 floors with various types of apartments – studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms), playgrounds, parking lots, green spaces, secure accesses and a community centre with pools, SPA, sport fields, kindergarten, school, restaurant, supermarket and bank office.
  •  Until 2020, Devbon has built 45 buildings with 1192 apartments (108.700,00 built sqm), with high quality materials. Some of the producers are: Henkel, Ceresit, Peri (formwork), Pinum (interior doors), Purmo and Valsir (underfloor heating), Egger (parquet), Veissmann (central heating), Ideal Standard and Grohe (sanitary products and faucets), Saint-Gobain (glass), Schindler (lifts), Lafenice Ceramiche, Marazzi, Salamander (window profiles), etc.
  •  The client is: Impact Developer & Contractor SA.
