BRAGADIRU COMMERCIAL COMPLEX

The Bragadiru Commercial Complex has a total built surface of 2122 square meters with a 6.56 meter height and is split between a PROFI supermarket and a JISK furniture store.
The project began in early 2020. Here are some of the characteristics:

• Metal frame structure grounded in a concrete foundation;
• Highly efficient thermal insulation;
• Insulated sandwich panels and aluminium joinery that offer good sound proofing;
• Different types of interior compartments made out of Rigips, each suitable for its designated use

TIMISOARA RESIDENCE 103

Timisoara Residence 103P is our biggest project so far and contains 8 residential buildings. Each building is 5 story high and the total built surface is 19933 square meters in a grand total of 288 apartments.

Louis Blanc Residence

Louis Blanc luxury apartments

The project is located near the Government of Romania, in Piața Victoriei and is designed by the architect Radu Teacă. It is a luxury apartment building with 4 floors and 4 apartments (the surface of each apartment is bigger than 100 sqm), each apartment having 2 parking places and built with the finest materials and techniques by our company.
The structure is mixed: metal pillars, concrete diaphragms, reinforced concrete floors and monolithic reinforced concrete foundations. The structure is coated with a ventilated façade covered with fiber cement panels. The windows have aluminium profiles and double glazing. The client is a private investor.
Suppliers : Schindler, Romstal, General Beton, Saint-Gobain, Reyners, Etem Systems, Innovatix, etc.

Greenfield Residence

Greenfield Residential Complex is one of the most important projects of the Company, which offers residents a unique location with 900 ha (~222 acres) of forest (Băneasa and Tunari forests). Devbon offered the client a complete project, from architectural design to construction.
The exploited area has about 18 ha (~44,5 acres). The project includes block of flats (5 and 6 floors with various types of apartments – studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms), playgrounds, parking lots, green spaces, secure accesses and a community centre with pools, SPA, sport fields, kindergarten, school, restaurant, supermarket and bank office.
Until 2020, Devbon has built 45 buildings with 1192 apartments (108.700,00 built sqm), with high quality materials. Some of the producers are: Henkel, Ceresit, Peri (formwork), Pinum (interior doors), Purmo and Valsir (underfloor heating), Egger (parquet), Veissmann (central heating), Ideal Standard and Grohe (sanitary products and faucets), Saint-Gobain (glass), Schindler (lifts), Lafenice Ceramiche, Marazzi, Salamander (window profiles), etc.

Monnet Residence

The project was designed by our architects and the structure was buit by our company in 2013. This apartment building is situated in the 1st district of Bucharest, on 22 Jean Monnet street, Romania.
The client is: Euroinvest Development SRL.

Jiului offices

The project began in 2013 and finished in 2014 and it is situated on 153 Jiului street, Bucharest. Devbon constructed the structure of this building.
The client is: Crystal Systems SRL

AA 26 – Residence

Aleea Alexandru 26, the Company’s first project, is a luxury block of flats, begun in 2012 and completed in 2014, wich respects the latest trends and technology in interior design and materials on the market.
The building has four high-end apartments and it is situated in a prestigious area of Bucharest (in the 1st district of Bucharest, near the Romanian Government).
